Commercial Project Details
This project was for a new staff accommodation unit for this prestigious club which has hosted an 'Open Championship' Regional Qualifying Competition for six years between 2003 and 2008. The Club has also regularly hosted PGA events as well as County/Regional Championships for both Men & Ladies.
Works included demolishing existing accommodation and constructing a new 3 apartment unit in steel frame with cedar boards used externally to match in with the country side environment of the golf club.
